We thank you for your interest in becoming Helpline Recharge Point Vendor. This application is provided to you (the Ôø‡Ôø‡Ôø‡ApplicantÔø‡Ôø‡Ôø‡) by Helpline Telecoms (Nig.) Ltd (the Ôø‡Ôø‡Ôø‡CompanyÔø‡Ôø‡Ôø‡) as a processing step of becoming an Helpline Recharge Point Vendor.
- As the information provided will be relied upon and form the basis of a number of decisions by the Ôø‡Ôø‡Ôø‡companyÔø‡Ôø‡Ôø‡, it is a fundamental requirement that all information be true, accurate and not in any way misleading.
- Successful applications shall be communicated to the relevant applicant.
- You may apply either in the capacity of an Ôø‡Ôø‡Ôø‡individualÔø‡Ôø‡Ôø‡ i.e. you are representing yourself and NOT an organization OR as a Ôø‡Ôø‡Ôø‡business entityÔø‡Ôø‡Ôø‡ in which case the application is filled on behalf of any organization e.g. limited liability companies, non- government organizations (NGO) etc.
Any sections/fields not applicable to your application, clearly mark these sections/fields N/A, and draw a line through the section.
